Shipping Policy
All in stock orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order cou will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All items currently out of stock will receive a email with an estimated shipping time.

For all booster kits sold we offer free shipping!
All other items we offer free shipping after a $50 purchase
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the city of Thunder Bay. For orders under $50, we charge $3 for local delivery. For areas outside of the city please contact us for more delivery options.
Deliveries are made from 9 am and 3 pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship products outside of Canada at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the product has been opened and in its original condition we offer full refunds in the form of store credit or a 10% restocking fee will be applied if store credit is needed/desired.
Most of our booster kits are available as rentals if unsure how the product will work in your location. Prices for rentals can be found on our rentals page. In most cases a rental prices will be deducted from the cost of a purchase. Please contact us for details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@signal807.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
